The ASMIN of Turtle Island attempted hostile takeover.
We first want to thank our many caring members who have expressed great concern and loving support to the Founders Council members about the attempted takeover by the self-appointed clan mothers,’ also referred to as the ‘infiltrators’. The evidence is displayed for full disclosure in this posting. At times, the truth was shocking for all the Founders to hear and learn that the people they thought they knew, loved, respected and trusted had other plans, motives and intentions for control and seizure of what the Founders had started 4 years earlier.
We, the Founders, discovered that the infiltrators were not in harmony with the great Seven Grandfather Teachings that we uphold and believe in – those of truth, honesty, bravery, humility, love, wisdom, and respect. Their views of community building, legal-lawful issues were quite different to the Founders, the Elders and to many of the ASMIN members.
Otherwise, if they did uphold these principles, open, respectful, honest discussions would have ensued, much earlier beforehand. Instead, their invite for all of the Founders to meet in a circle meeting only took place after their aggressive attack by their Cease-and-Desist Orders. When Dr. D. did attend one of the zoom circle meetings on her own, shortly after the release of the Order, she was met with anger and hostility when she did not agree to handing over her website, passwords and email data. She experienced the opposite to respect, honesty and ‘going in a good way’! Why was Dr. D. commanded to hand-over all of her own work, her own property to a small demanding group of people? Dr. D. left the meeting early feeling disregarded and emotionally violated.
Many of you, our members, have asked us as to what was happening with the amount of interference, confusion, email redirection from others and alternate zoom announcements. We have experienced much from the ‘infiltrators’ in the way of demands for our private website properties, our own domains, hostility, faulty accusations, contrived or fabricated stories, defamatory articles, threats and even extortion, which is all exposed in this Memorandum. The evidence is revealed in the sequence of events below.
Please also note the tone, style and the manner in which the Notices were written, that in our perspective are far from ‘going in a good way’.

Many of you who have been with us since 2020 know about our beginnings, but for those of you who may not know, a summary outline is included in this Memorandum.
Our Beginnings as ASMIN of Turtle Island
Since 2018, Grand Chief Wabiska Mukwa stepped aside and gave his blessings with full authority to his attorney general Spirit Warrior aka Glenn Bogue to oversee the development of the Anishinabek nation. GC remained active but wanted to remain only as the figurehead for his nation and as an adviser.
In 2020, Dr. Sabina DeVita became involved with the Anishinabek Solutrean Metis Indigenous Nation after hearing the tragic story from ASMIN’s attorney general on one of his visits to Dr. D.’s office. AG, at Grand Chief’s request, was asked to assist two families who were battling in the courts for the return of their abducted children. As Dr. D. listened to the heart-breaking story about the two indigenous families who were being treated unfairly, unjustly in the colonial courts to save their 10 children, she immediately suggested that more had to be done to AG.
The abduction took place soon after these loving parents were involved in major protests of the Wet’suwet’en pipeline. As a result, all the children were kidnapped with the youngest child of only 2 hours old, a newborn, who was abducted from the maternity ward by two awaiting RCMP officers at the maternity door.!
Shocked and stunned at what Dr. D. heard she quickly proposed to AG, who had taken on this court case at his own expense, that the public needed to be informed, ASAP. AG, a member of the BAR, swore an oath to advance the rights and laws of his clients, and under duty, held resolute to Grand Chief Wabiska Mukwa and now to these two families.
Dr. D. voluntarily offered to help with educational weekly zooms – even if there were only 2 people on the call, the members would increase in time. There was no website, no office, no phone, only her own personal & office computer with a willing compassionate heart to inform the general public about the indigenous atrocities with AG as the main zoom educator & presenter. This was the start of the Founders’ Council and soon after, Errol Francis aka Starr Turtle also a 2x Juno Award Winner, was asked if he would donate his IT expertise and create a website – fast – all at his own expense!
The ASKIT website was born that year and ready to receive members. GC’S original Anishinabek website was out of date, with little information and incorrect membership fees of $350. Both Dr. DeVita and AG continued to research, gather data, organize it and present the information on a weekly basis, to all the few members. The membership grew and more data was needed to upload on the site.
Then during the covid-lockdown years, already volunteering 20 hours or more a week, Dr. D. and AG became swamped with more demands – especially for lock-down & VAX protection.
Documents were created, seminars were conducted in what to say, videos were posted, court submissions were made in 7 provinces, 3 courts of appeal and 8 land claims in the Supreme Court of Canada (SCC), along with weekly updated material emailed to the members.
Later in 2022, another major achievement was made in the courts. GC Wabiska (and his adopted son Zesesaapi Mukwa aka John Cipolla), in their land claim for trespass against the crown, on behalf of all indigenous, obtained a default judgment for Northern Turtle Island (Kanat’an).
During the summer of 2020, Dr. D. decided to offer her private farm property to the members at her own expense, free of any costs to the members, to gather during the covid-lockdown period. The gathering was so uplifting, engaging and fun that Dr. D. continued to organize, offer her property for an annual summer educational gathering thereafter, absorbing all the costs on her own, for the next 4 events. With the overwhelming tasks and increased expenses for these gatherings, a fee was finally introduced by Dr. D. and requested in order to attend the 2023 summer ASMIN event. With a small life-time-initial admin fee of $50. for ASMIN membership, from 2020 to 2024, there was very little in the ASMIN accounts to fund any activity.
In late 2021, a discovery was made, after trusting a volunteer member, that the ASMIN-ASKIT email data base was stolen ! It took months to correct the situation, all while continuing with the weekly teaching zooms. More precautions were now introduced for the administration of the incoming members.
As a result of the theft of the email list, it also necessitated another new website with a new name – and so ASMIN OF Turtle Island was birthed in early 2022 to protect the ASMIN name. Grand Chief lovingly expressed his delight in the idea. This new development was taken under Dr. D.’s wings as she developed, oversaw, paid for all expenses including the new website domain and the IT experts who were needed. This new site represented the feminine, matriarchal nature of the tribe. GC shared and worked with Dr. D. over months in sharing his ideas along with his photos, certificates and bio. It was a great honour and pleasure for Dr. D. to learn of Grand Chief’s boundless amount of knowledge, wisdom and wealth of experience.
Later in 2022, GC Mukwa introduced GC Art to the ASMIN Founders Council and the zoom members. Sr. Elder Hereditary ASMIN Grand Chief Art L. Jefford was invited to attend the ASMIN Fall gathering event hosted by Dr. DeVita held at her property. The Founders Council members were pleased to meet and learn of GC Art’s lifelong passion, his innovations in Environmentally Friendly Healthy Living Enclosures water-based Plastic & Cellular Composite Skins. He gladly presented his projects to the members (along with some of his trials and many governmental challenges). He later led the audience to an inside powwow drumming – dance activity, delivering merriment and laughter. Thereafter, Chief Art continued to support and work with the Founders’ Council members and attend the weekly zooms.
As ASMIN of Turtle Island continued to grow, there were more demands and again another revision of the infrastructure was needed. In 2023, the Founders’ Council knew it was important to form committees and community involvement – but the task became onerous as there were only a few overworked hands with accumulating costs and expenses with no funding !
During 2023, Dr. D initiated the concept of the committees, now councils, with member volunteers. The councils needed continual attention and learning on the job while Dr. D. continued her professional practice, teaching classes and her already overburdened ASMIN functions. It soon became clear to the Founders’ that hired help was required in order to expand and oversee these committees and councils.
One of the Founders’ goals for 2024 was to restructure again with more member participation on the ASMIN councils with an expert organizer-consultant & adviser, as a paid employee along with a paid administrator.
All of the Founders have dedicated countless hours, energy, compassion as volunteers for 4 years, (very unusual to see) all at their own expense. But, lack of funds became a major issue for ASMIN due to the low $50 admin, one-time member fees, and even with the introduction of a new annual fee of $75 that only began in 2024, it was not enough to expand and grow the administration of the ASMIN nation, court costs and community building. Fundraising projects and donations were necessary. Attached to this Memorandum is a summary of fees collected since 2020 and the Founders’ expenses.
Now, here we are in June of 2024 facing another challenge during this transformative time – that of an attempted hostile takeover!

The Infiltrators – The Attempted Takeover Evidence
Sequence of Events
The ASMIN of Turtle Island Founders’ Council is experiencing a deliberate take down attempt which we believe has four goals:
- to prevent the Founders of ASMIN of Turtle Island to progress in both the colonial and Indigenous courts as spearheaded by indigenous lawyer Spirit Warrior (aka Glenn Bogue) re ASMIN’s land claims and
- to prevent the full development of the Alliance of Indigenous Nations- AIN to continue its outreach to other nations so as to fulfill the Eagle and the Condor Prophecy, in unifying as many indigenous nations worldwide and
- to prevent the AIN tribunal to continue its court proceedings that is on par to the colonial courts as recognized and entrenched into the constitution per UNDRIP nation to nation articles 5, 27, 34, 40, and R v White and Montour (2023) and Canada’s consent at the UN General Assembly in 2016.
- to prevent ASMIN and AIN’s great progress as they are about to crack the ‘golden egg’! After all, the Founders must be doing something important and progressive when infiltrators are now attempting to stop them !!!
For the record, the only website that features the Grand Chief (GC) and his lineage is the asminofturtleisland.org website which is owned, developed, managed and operated by Dr. Sabina DeVita assisted by Errol S. Francis, with all expenses paid for by Dr. D, as her volunteer and humanitarian work. It does not belong to the ASMIN corporation, GC or ASKIT. The site was loaned for use to the ASMIN community and to the Founders’ Council at no charge, ever since its development by Dr. D. in 2022.
As described earlier, it was a project of compassion and love at the time by Dr. D., to assist Grand Chief in his personal matters with his ex-wife and in his political and legal situations. The site served as a way to reveal GC’s full bio with accurate details and safeguard his information. GC and all members in the Founders’ Council were in full support of adding another website to the ASMIN cause, with its own new logo, thanks to a graphic designer member! GC contributed to the site with on-going important information that was shared with Dr. D. and Errol, and subsequently uploaded to the new site. Dr. D. was well aware of how important it was that the historical information was presented with precision due to the many ongoing court cases.
It’s important to mention here, as the reader will see in this Memorandum, the ongoing clan mothers’ incessant demands for Dr. D.’s passwords, data & control of this particular ASMIN of Turtle Island website.
Dr. D. removed the site off-line, soon after the initial attacks began to ensure that GC’s material would remain safe and unchanged, protected from copying and to prevent possible modification of GC’s data, history and lineage. Similarly, due to the ongoing demands for Errol’s passwords, codes for the ASKIT member site, he also removed material in order to prevent copyright infringement. After witnessing one of the infiltrators’ behaviours in copying Dr. D’s ASMIN newsletter material, Dr. D. knew it was critical to un-publish the ASMIN site.
It is also illegal to copy the ASMIN emails and send them from an email account that is not linked to the original sites, i.e., asminofturtleisland.org or to askit4equity.com or from the ASMIN constant contact server, linked to info@energywellnessstudies.com. These infiltrators illegally have done so.
The self-appointed clan mothers’ group, – ‘infiltrators’ – have been sending emails looking like ASMIN emails stolen from our email list, as well as attacking the Founders Council members (Dr. D., Errol and Glenn) on a consistent basis via their ongoing, fictitious email Orders and Notices. (See full disclosure and documents below).
For purposes of transparency, all the fraudulent Orders and Notices have been included in this Memorandum for all the members to view and to arrive at your own conclusions. The first fictitious notice that set off the series of attacks to the ASMIN Founders’ Council members, started by an unannounced Cease-and-Desist fraudulent Order to AIN tribunal members, and carried over to ASMIN. One Motion in this initial Cease-and-Desist Order was directed to Errol (not a member or involved with AIN Tribunal) directing him “to change the current passwords for security to all websites and emails and provide them to only the clerks and 2 other nominated judges for 5-person access and transparency. Current password holders will not be included until further notice.” Isn’t this a sign of an attempted hostile takeover?
For purposes of clarity and simplicity as to the increasing defamatory attacks, demands, vicious, false and malicious ongoing actions and activities, the evidence is summarized below. The foremost questions that the Founders have asked themselves, that have also been asked by some of our members were:
Why would a temporary standing grand chief (SGC) want to remove all the people that have built, worked and managed the well-established ASMIN system and want to remove the only lawyer as well? What would be the motive?
Why would the figurehead SGC align herself with others who have little knowledge about the inner-workings of ASMIN?
And lastly, why would the temporary SGC and the rest of the infiltrators become so fixated in their demands for the possession of Dr. D’s website and Errol’s security codes?
The answers became more obvious to us, the Founders, as we witnessed more of the infiltrators’ nefarious activities, inclusive of the three horrifically written, defamatory, slanderous and negligent substack public articles.
- The First attack, unbeknownst to anyone, was from a fictitious group called the Clan Mothers’ Council (ASMIN does not have such a women’s council nor was this ever discussed and /or decided upon by anyone to create such a council.) These women were and are self-appointed clan mothers, who asserted their ‘whims and decisions’ on all of the AIN tribunal members without consultation.
They issued a Cease-and-Desist, illegal and unlawful Order to all AIN tribunal members. The fake AIN Order stole the copyrighted Eagle and Condor symbol, included a fraudulent signature and was issued independently to the members, though the matters addressed in the Order were not raised at AIN’s scheduled Monday hearing, following proper, judicial procedures.
The Order, sent on April 19th, indirectly announced the temporary standing grand chief (SGC) within the document. There was no email, letter or document to announce such an honorary appointment of a temporary SGC. GC never advised his adopted son Zesesaapi Mukwa, John Cipolla of a temporary SGC appointment either.
2. An email from Grand Chief Mukwa was also emailed to Spirit Warrior, announcing GC ’s retirement/resignation on that same day of April 19th. In the email, GC also stated that the SGC was only a suggested figurehead until an election is processed. See his email to SW below:

Then I get a call from a group of AIN participants (on zoom) with a whole bunch of questions and complaints and possible statements of Illegal activities of ASMIN/ AIN members.
As I have had no involvement in AIN other than the initial concept development I can’t comment on any of the statements as I have no knowledge as I also have no knowledge of the accounts of ASMIN..
I suggested that Mommy Joe be acting GC till an election is processed.
So we need to talk tomorrow. You can update me on the situation as you would know. And update me re court actions and the effect of me being in retirement does that change the court actions?.

3. Due to an AIN private dispute during a tribunal meeting, all judges involved, who had sworn to abide by the judicial oath, went asunder. The infiltrators’ unprofessional and unethical exposé of a fundamental judicial protocol was incriminating and disrespectful of the oaths that one is required to abide by as judges.
4. Not only did they breach their oath, but also issued an alleged Order that provided no claim, standing, evidence (only hearsay), or substantive due process (which means that there was no notice of claim served, hearing or an opportunity for the accused to respond).
5. It started with one AIN member who was falsely accused, and the attacks spilled over to all on the ASMIN panel as well, for no known reason. The deliberate mis-information and dis-information by Susan Terry, aka Voice of Thunder, in particular, was magnified by her dishonouring and slighting of a pledge of judicial privacy – (tribunal judges’ anonymity) by her public substack false publication disclosure, which was emailed to the stolen ASMIN and AIN email list.
6. On May 6th, Dr. DeVita, Glenn, John and Errol all received a fraudulent Public Order (attached below) stating that:
Due to your recent conduct, motives, and attitude that have deviated from the Anishinaabe good way, you, Sabina DeVita, are hereby removed from the ASmIN tribe for cause.
You are ordered to relinquish all materials, electronic and written data, financial records, membership records, and internet-related passwords associated with ASMIN.
Failure to comply with this order within 10 days of receipt will result in a charge against you of $5000 for each day you delay in making your exit public and returning said materials and finances. This decision is not taken lightly and is a direct result of your actions.”
As can be seen in this fake Order, there was no Notice, no actions were listed nor any evidence of any such claim of motives, conduct and attitude. But most importantly, the writers have hijacked the ASMIN name, and sent an unlawful, threatening document. This Order is counterfeit.
The theme of demanding access to all of Dr. D’s materials, website, passwords were a continuous unlawful demand by the ‘infiltrators’ since the inception of their fraudulent Cease-and-Desist Order.
It is also odd that all of the Founders’ Council members were all of a sudden, painted as negative, criminals, or thieves and were ordered to be dis-charged or removed, by an alleged temporary stand-in grand chief. This manoeuvre alone became very suspicious and is typical of ‘infiltrators’ modus operandi, by :
- to first spread mis-information in order to create distrust, and then
- to have the real ‘builders’ (Founders Council-FC) of ASMIN removed. Remember, that the temp SGC was only a SUGGESTED figurehead, an adviser (and not the ‘boss’) similar to the role that the Grand Chief had assumed for his Nation. GC provided only guidance and advice to the Founders Council (FC) while they ran the administration of the Nation rather well, with each member doing their specialty, and not colouring outside that specialty. Untoward conduct would go to ASKIT
7. Dr D.. initiated the ASMIN rebirth in 2020 as explained earlier above (there was no growth of the ASMIN tribe, back then, as we see it today). So, by her dedication to weekly organized, educational zooms which were all paid for by her (since there were no members, no sites, no fees), she featured Glenn Bogue, as the ASMIN indigenous lawyer, an author and historian and also the Attorney General of ASKIT, ASMIN’s tribunal, to present and educate the people. Remember, both Dr. D. and AG built ASMIN via these weekly zooms, alongside Errol’s IT support for ASKIT.
On May 6th, all of the council members were also sent an MP3 video by Grand Chief verifying his resignation and retirement while also encouraging all to seek the truth and hold to the 7 grandfather teachings: truth, humility, honesty, love, bravery, respect and wisdom. GC also stated that he was unaware of the situation reported to him by the clans (which may have implied that false reports were reported to GC by the ‘infiltrators’ about some of the AIN members). Information was later shared to the Founders about some of the outrageous fabrications and allegations that not only concerned one council member, without any evidence, interview, or just simple verification, but about all FC members.

8. On May 9th, another fraudulent Order was emailed by the alleged clan mothers, and similar ones like the one displayed below, were emailed to John, SW and to Hereditary Chief Art.

You are hereby ordered to produce authenticated proof of Aboriginal descent from at least 6 generations back, certified under oath.
1). In accordance with Aboriginal customs and traditions a minimum of three Aboriginal individuals are required to establish an Aboriginal Tribunal. Unless so proven, the AIN Tribunal is null and void, ab initio.
2). All AIN Orders must be reviewed and upheld by an assisting Aboriginal Tribunal.
You are hereby ordered to turn over all passwords, webpages and their contents, any historical records, card printing machines, full community email lists, all members’ records, and adoption certificate information.
You are also ordered to return any intellectual property of the ASMIN Nation and Grand Chief Wabiska.
1.) Askit was formed by combining the names ASMIN, Kinakwii, and Tribunal.
2.) Grand Chief Wabiska is the Chief Justice of Askit.
- Askit is alleged to be the legal arm of ASMIN. Those joining ASMIN did so through Askit4equity.com, thus funneling ASMIN funds away from the ASMIN Nation.
You have 10 days to respond to this order, failure to present this proof is an admission that you have no Aboriginal descent.

Once again, ASKIT is the only Tribunal of ASMIN. The GC was the Chief of Justice, who is only a Spokesperson for ASKIT, just as it is with the SCC and SCOTUS. The decision- making occurs by the Panel of Justices AFTER proper Notice of a Claim with evidence is served and the Respondents have a period (here 10 days) to respond.
9. On May 10th, Dr. DeVita, SW, John and Errol, all received this notice: that was now signed by a retired and resigned Grand Chief (was the signature actually his or an impersonation?) which makes the notice null and void, ab initio.

10. On May 14th– another fraudulent Order was emailed from the alleged clan mothers to all of the Founders – to stop using the name and acronym ASMIN.
First Notice
As the sole owner of the Anishinabek Solutrean Métis Indigenous Nation Management Corporation and the acronym ASMIN. The Claimant orders you to remove the epithets ‘Anishinaabek Solutrean Métis Indigenous Nation’ and the ‘ASMIN’ from all your documents, websites, communications, etc. within three (3) days of receipt of this Notice. Failure to do so is a trespass on the Claimant’s property to which you will be subject to fines of $2500 per day or assert or both.
Even though this Notice may not have been sent by Grand Chief, We, the Founders Council, have decided to use another acronym that is more in harmony to our path as well as creating a fresh, vibrant energy in moving forward – ASMINTI – Anishinabek Solutrean Métis Indigenous Nation of Turtle Island.
11. On May 24th, Dr. D. received another fraudulent Public Order from the alleged clan mothers:

‘As the lawful owner of ASMIN, I have not granted you or anyone else permission to relocate the ASMIN ‘National Centre’ to property at 935398 Airport Rd., Mono, Ontario. You are ordered to remove the ASMIN name from that property and send letters acknowledging your error and rescission of that move, to the Prime Minister of Canada and the others on your mailing list, within five (5) days of receiving this Notice.
Failure to comply will result in me liening that property or accepting it as a donation and taking steps to secure the title for ASMIN and my people.
You are no longer a member of that nation.‘

Once again, this Order is null and void, ab initio. This Order was also quite an anomaly, as it was not the style in which GC had ever communicated to Dr. D., Furthermore to threaten Dr. D. with extortion was also criminal and very unlike GC to do so. Was this another impersonation?
This Order appeared after the flagpole that was flying the ASMIN flag on Dr. D’s property for 3 years, was vandalized on the weekend of April 27th. It was reported to the OPP. It was finally recorded and officially noted by the officer on May 10th, as a ‘possible hate crime’. (see photo of flagpole)
Furthermore, the relocation letters that were also sent to government officials, were sent with Grand Chief’s full permission, input and encouragement; as can be seen with two of his email responses below:

Plus, the statements mentioned in this Notice are incorrect as to the ASKIT tribunal. ASKIT operates via the Supervision of AG Glenn Bogue who is NOT a voting judge. Judges are ASMIN members in good-standing who are invited based on what type of Claim is filed.

you have failed to produce proof of Aboriginal bloodline descendency, with the birth/dead records for six generations, as requested, to validate your roles in any Aboriginal community.
Grand Chief Wabiska Mukwa, owner of the ASMIN Corporation and bloodline, again orders you to immediately relinquish all records/materials, walk away from, and cease all involvement relating to ASMIN, as you were previously ordered on April 9, 2024.
Producing the proof of descendency, as stated above, may facilitate reinstatement in a year. Until then, you no longer have a recognized affiliation with ASMIN
Despite this fraudulent notice being null and void ab initio, as it once again is void of a signature, and 2ndly, there is no legal/lawful body entitled ‘Anishinaabek Solutrean Metis Indigenous Nation’. As previously mentioned, the ASMIN nation has always had ‘ASKIT’ as its’ legal/lawful tribunal. In fact, the Grand Chief Wabiska Mukwa had organized ASKIT with Glenn Bogue and was the official Chief Justice of the ASKIT tribunal until he resigned on April 19th, 2024.!!!! ASKIT is also the Tribunal for TUMULT.ca on consent of every TUMULT holder.
The question also arises as to who is this new faction, other than the alleged clan mothers, ‘infiltrators’ utilizing a stolen name – ‘Anishinabek Solutrean Métis Indigenous Nation (ASMIN),’ and by what & who’s authority? This is a fictitious, invented group, evidence of their attempt to takeover the name and the inner-workings of the nation. In GC’s taped recording of his resignation and his email to Glenn Bogue, there was no mention ever of GC handing over his ASMIN name to a suggested temporary stand-in chief, “till an election is processed”.
Besides which, the FC, including John Cipolla and Sr. Elder Grand Chief Art, do not identify to the colonial term ‘aboriginal’ status as per the ‘bands and government verbiage’, nor do they want to, as stated earlier above, as it means ‘non-original’. The Public Order is phoney and non-sensical. Furthermore, the Order is filled with inaccuracies, such as :
a.) GC is owner of a ‘bloodline’? and
b.) the date given, April 9th, “as you were previously ordered on April 9, 2024”, is not credible, as the date of the attempted takeover began on April 19th, the day of GC’s resignation.!
All of the individuals mentioned above, instead, self-identify as ‘indigenous’ which was also taught to the ASMIN members to identify as an unconquered Indigenous (as per UNDRIP, Article 3, ratified in Bill C-15) and as sovereigns which is the individual’s God-given rights. The Founders feel strongly to uphold the uniqueness of the ASMIN tribe, as unconquered, Un-treatied indigenous individuals on un-ceded land.
14.) On June 4th, Susan Terry, aka Voice of Thunder, once again published a negligent, defamatory, erroneous story entitled ‘ASMIN Stolen Identity by Pretend Indians’. It is filled with many absurdities and untruths – and certainly never verified or fact-checked. She makes many false claims about all of the Founders without ever interviewing them, or verifying her statements.
To give one example, she writes: “This includes self proclaimed ‘Attorney General’ Glenn P. Bogue, and ‘Prosecutor’ John E. Cipolla (FBI criminal investigation), managed and orchestrated by partner Sabina DeVita, violating the Nations and Grand Chief’s Trust. None are identified as aboriginal in the two jurisdictions of note – Canada and USA!”
Already described earlier in this Memorandum, these individuals built the ASMIN nation to where it is today with Grand Chief. It seems that Susan is quite tethered to the word aboriginal, and does not seem to comprehend that the ASMIN nation has always been about the unconquered Indigenous people, reclaiming their un-ceded land and natural resources.
To give another example, (and there are many more), Susan also writes that “ADRIP and UNDRIP Canada utilize the word indigenous as a universal global identifier of first peoples of the land.”
This is false – Indigenous has not been fully described as to its definition at the UN (and the Metis were finally addressed in the famous SCC v Daniels case in 2016 by recognizing 2 criteria for adoption) and 2ndly, one can also self- identify as indigenous as per Article 3, in UNDRIP.
Another example, Susan continues to write: “In Canada, to avail of the rights and benefits of these acts, one has to be considered to be Aboriginal, as per the Constitution of Canada (1982) and in the USA, or ‘Native’ American.”
False – The rights and benefits and funding apply to the corporate Bands, but as of June 2021, UNDRIP was fully ratified by Bill C-15, whereby, the indigenous have the full rights to claim their un-ceded lands and their resources. (Articles, 10, 26, 32) and live nation to nation!
Conclusion
We trust that this Memorandum and disclosure of the evidence has helped to explain and reveal the truth to you. We live in very tumultuous, unchartered times as our ancestors have warned us and have also advised us. Remain centered and listen to your hearts, as well as to your higher minds – your Higher Self!
