ASMIN is a private association of indigenous men and women. The administration and yearly fee is $75.

By signing the application, affiliates ( members) Agree to be bound by the Directives of The Grand Council, and by the Decisions of ASKIT, the latter of which are binding and final, without Appeal beyond a request for the Clan Mother (s) in Council to review an ASKIT Decision.

The ASKIT Decision can be enforced through the enforcement provisions of any western legislature.

As with any passport or immigration policy, the application fee of $75 is non-refundable, except that an applicant can request a refund, which may be issued in the sole discretion of The Grand Council, by submitting a one page request.

All applicants are requested to fulfill the ‘obligations’ along with completing the attached questionnaire.
